Pumpkin Sensory Play activity

What you will need:
1) Mix rice with paint.
2) Mix paint with flour.
3) Black spiders or other Halloween objects.
4) Pipe cleaners and google eyes.
Steps to complete:
1) Mix the rice with some paint and place in a tray.
2) Make a pumpkin shape.
3) Mix flour and paint together and place in the centre of the tray.
4) Then add in some Halloween bits to add texture.
5) Add some eyes and a mouth.
6) To further enhance, add in some Halloween stories, songs, cups etc.
This activity supports birth to 5 and the Early Years Foundation Stage framework to ensure children's learning is tracked accordingly.
